Hello fellow Kung Fu film devotees. Welcome to another Dojo Kumite. While we( well at least I do) marvel at the fight scenes choreographed by Sammo Hung, Lau Kar Leung, and Yuen Woo Ping ( especially his classic 70’s and 80’s era work) it’s important we visit an era forgotten by many Kung Fu movie lovers. As I am doing my research on the subject I am discovering some real gems when it comes to level of Kung Fu in these movies. If you watch hard enough you will see a bunch of familiar faces.
